Please pay for the ticket and email me to book your date. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI run one or two workshops a month.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHalf Day Workshop - \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe begin with a intro to pyrography lesson by Ruth , you will learn which Wood is good for pyrography, which wood Ruth likes. Options of transferring work onto the wood, techniques and how to use a Peter Child Pyro Machine ( you are welcome to bring your own, If you have one ) \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will then practise on small log slices\/ coasters and then choose a small solid rustic ( local wood plank) or a Birch panel and you can create an art piece or a sign of your choice. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFull Day Workshop-\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will do the intro to pyro lesson and then choose a medium piece of wood that inspires you and you have the option to learn how to do Ruth's signature Birch and Fern design or your own design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou are welcome to bring photographs\/ drawings or photocopies of ideas, stencils or designs if you know what you would like to make or be inspired by my work, my books and images. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWorkshops will take place in the Woodland Art Space in Bramley, Surrey  March - November\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eor in my cosy studio in Witley, Surrey in the colder months.
